Water that never quits, from St. George to Ely
Licensed well drilling, deepening and rehabilitation for homes, farms and businesses across Southern Utah, Eastern Nevada and Northern Arizona, since 1998.
- 28+ years in business
When the water stops, everything stops
Low pressure, cloudy water, or none
The well that ran your house or your fields for years is slowing down, sputtering, or pumping sand. In a dry year out here that is not a small problem.
Drillers who never call back
You have left messages. The one bid you got was a number on a napkin, and nobody could say when the rig would actually show up.
Pushed toward a new well
A new well is a big spend. You deserve a straight answer about whether yours can be fixed or deepened first, from someone with no reason to oversell.
A failing well does not wait. Pressure drops, the pump runs dry and burns out, livestock and crops go without, and a repair that could have been simple turns into a full replacement.
We have been drilling this ground since 1998
Out here a well is not a convenience, it is the property. We know what it is like to watch the pressure fade in August and wonder who to call. We know a big bid is easier to swallow when someone has explained it line by line and shown you the camera footage from your own well.

Straight answers
How much does a new well cost in Southern Utah?
It depends on how deep the water is, the geology, and the casing and pump your property needs, so no honest driller can quote it over the phone. We come out for a free on-site consultation and give you a clear, line-by-line written bid before any equipment moves.
My well has slowed down or gone cloudy. Do I need a new one?
Usually not, and we do not start there. A downhole camera shows whether the problem is scale, biofilm, iron bacteria or a clogged screen, which rehabilitation can fix. If the aquifer itself has dropped, deepening the existing well is often the next step. Drilling a new well is the last option, not the first.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Anzalone Well Service has been licensed, insured and bonded since 1998, and is a licensed water well contractor in Utah, Nevada and Arizona.
Do you handle the drilling permit and the water right?
Yes. Permit acquisition and water-right verification are part of every drilling and deepening job we take on, in Utah and in Nevada. You do not have to work out the paperwork on your own.
Will my insurance cover well damage, and will you work with my adjuster?
Lightning strikes, power surges that burn out a pump, freezing damage and ground shift from storms or flooding are the common claims we see. Whether your policy covers it is the insurer's call, but we make it easy to find out: a downhole video diagnostic report, a line-itemized repair estimate written for the adjuster, direct coordination with them, and repairs as soon as the claim is approved.
How far do you travel?
We serve 25 communities within about 300 miles of our base in Iron County, from St. George and Cedar City up to Delta and Nephi, across Eastern Nevada to Mesquite, Panaca and Ely, and down to Page, Arizona.
